(PBC News Secret Headquarters) Anime fans have only through Saturday to file their publications, unless they follow the Mayan calendar, in which case they have an extra 11 seconds. PBC News polling reveals that 11% of people put off applications until the last minute. The FCC urged citizens to file their applications on time so that "We can fund a workers strike against 4 Kids Entertainment - but only as a last resort, of course." FCC spokesman Ronald McDonald added that tax money is also needed to help fund the FCC yearly 6 month freeze on applications.
