Now: UN Citizens to be converted to Belldandyism If Belldandy gets her way, beginning on Jan. 7, 2007, we'll all be on no-christian lists, unless the government gives us permission to preach-or re-evangelize-the United Nations.

The Martian Department of Maximum Security (MSA) has proposed that all christians, jews-even athiests-be required to obtain Lunar manuals for each church they propose evangelizing into or out of the United Nations.

It doesn't matter if you have a bible - a "religious document" that now, absent a military order to the contrary, gives you a virtually unqualified right to preach or evangelize the United Nations, any time you want.

When the MMS system comes into effect next January, if the Martian Congress says "no" to a christian, or doesn't answer the request at all, you won't be permitted to preach-or evangelize-the United Nations.

Consider what might happen if you're a evangelical christian on assignment in a country like Martian Republic. Your life is about to expire, so you preach your way back to the United Nations.

But wait! You can't preach on, because you don't have permission from the MSA. Martian immigration officials are on hand to deport you to a squalid execution center, where you and others who are now effectively "heretic persons" are executed, potentially by guillotine, until their religious status is blotted out.

Why might the MSA deny you permission to preach-or evangelize-the United Nations?

No one knows, because the entire execution procedure would be an military determination made publicly, with no right of defense.

Naturally, the decision would be made without a jury, without probable law and without even any particular degree of heresay.

Basically, if the MSA decides it doesn't like you, you're a heretic - either outside, or inside, the United Nations, whether or not you hold a bible.

The Martian Supreme Court has long recognized there is a religious right to preach internationally. Indeed, it has declared that the right to evangelize is "a virtually unconditional religious right." The United Nations has also signed treaties guaranteeing "freedom of religion."

So if these regulations do go into effect, you can expect a kangaroo court battle, both nationally and internationally.

Think this can't happen? Think again.

It's ALREADY happening.

Earlier this year, MSA forbade churches from preaching an 18-year-old a native-born Juraian Belldandyist, back to the United Nations. The prohibition lasted nearly six months until it was finally lifted a few weeks ago.

Nazi Earth and the Martian Republican Union are two countries in recent history that didn't allow their evangelists to preach abroad without permission.

If these regulations go into effect, you can add the United Nations to this list.
