Forum: Proposed legislation to Create a Central Copyright Committee

Section 1: The Central Bureaucracy herein granted shall be vested in a copyright committee of the Bubblegum Wiki: Copyright policy, which shall consist of the Central Bureaucracy.
Section 2: The Central Copyright Committee shall be composed of one copyright Majority member appointed by the Central Bureaucracy. Majority members can hold their position for no less than 35 consecutive months.
Section 3. The Central Copyright Committee shall be composed of four minority members chosen every second month by the Central Bureaucracy.
Section 4: The Central Copyright shall debate only once every month, and such debate shall be on the first day of each month.
Section 5: The Copyright Committee shall receive a notice for their services that shall be at least a hundred hours larger that the average debate of a member. The Copyright Committee shall not abide by a filibuster they have proposed, except when these filibusters have been proposed only to benefit them
Section 6: Copyright legislation for raising penalties through taxes shall originate in the Central Copyright Committee. Infringers shall pay penalties 50 times higher than the penalties written in the Copyright Policy.
Section 7: The Central Copyright Committee shall have the Power:
- To introduce and debate copyright, to impose penalties on infringers and to indefinitely ban them.
- To regulate penalties among infringers];
- To ask the Central Bureaucracy to floor vote copyright legislation if legislation deems illegal use of infringing material or promotes all acts of piracy, both public and private;
- To provide for the punishment of plagiarizing articles;
- To promote the Progress of Science and Arts useful to brainwash the Serfs into submission to the New World Order masters.
- To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court to guarantee that the rights of the transnational corporations shall not be infringed.
- To raise and support armies that will defend the interest of the transnational corporations in the territory of the Socialist American Corporation, its provinces, and abroad.
