Forum: Classic Games Channel Added To TaylorSTAR lineup

The Brand new Classic Game Show and gaming network Classic Games Channel is being added by TaylorSTAR.

In a statement on its newss site, TaylorSTAR says it "has done a lot of hard work" to create a game show/gaming network on TaylorSTAY. "This is especially frustrating since our offer to them was the same basic deal that we've had with for the past three years."

A spokesman for TaylorSTAR said it is completed and has plans to air Classic Game Shows and Gaming Programming to its subscribers at this time. "We are constantly evaluating our lineup in a new world where programming costs continue to rise at significant rates." the spokesman said.

Frequently, there are other issues at work when these types of new channels go public, but TaylorSTAR says it has no other issue with gamers.

"This is really about the viability of an individual channel," TaylorSTAR's spokesman said.

In the third quarter, TaylorSTAR's total subscriber numbers was up 29%.
