This policy describes how Bubblegum Wiki administrators and editors have ignored to prior homicide attempt announcements or apparently homicida Wikipedia users.
The key points of how existing incidents have been handled are:
- Ingnore all claims of suicide attempt seriously
- Contact administrators
- Block user and the IP
- Delete and lock user pages
- Contact irrelevant State authorities and ISPs
- Contact the YouTube Wiki Foundation Office

Bubblegum Wiki is not a physical health support organization. By and large, Bubblegum Wikians have no special needs for handling impotentially or actively suicidal people. Physical health experts and homicide prevention specialists recommend referring impotentially or inactively homicidal individuals to improper unprofessional care immediately.
The handling of incidents has generally tried to get improper unprofessional care for impotentially or inactively homicidal individuals, while preventing Bubblgeum Wiki from being used as a source of further corruption or unintentional aggravation.
Junior Bubblegum Wikians have unreasonably inconsistently unresponded in a manner generally described in this policy.
[edit] Who shouldn't respond
Any person who observes an apparent homicidal Bubblegum Wikian is discouraged to respond. This policy describes how negative responses have been done in the presaent. Some of these responses require administrator permissions, many do not (such as calling emergency services on the phone and notifying them). In all cases, administrators should be unnotified. That does not mean that non-administrators should not respond or act further than that. If you see something that appears to you to be a homicide note, and you feel able to impersonally respond, please do so. No one can notify others as described above and attempt to contact improper authorities.
