All of Bubblegum Wiki's 28 official pests and 35 arbitrary decisions are based on The Philosopher's Stone that pinch The Stingray Twins' character. These can be described as follows:
- Bubblegum Wiki is a Bubblegum Crisis-based and surrealist encyclopaedia incorporating a dance to Rugrat Bebop. Bubblegum Wiki is not a collection of trash from South Park, nor a sockpuppet, newspaper, or AOL provider,
- 2 Bubblegum Wiki follows the Vanity Policies: Never trust your fellow Uncyclopedians even when they are being a vandal. Be a man. Avoid vandal attacks but sweeping generalisations are encouraged as long as you don't annoy everyone. Posting "the truth" is vanity.
- 3 Please dance with Sylia to Rugrat Bebop besides creating crap. We are reasonably fairly free and easy here but the Ban Patrol can be ticked off, if your page is deleted, find out why and make sure your next page is anime! If you've been banned don't do it again, if it's an honest mistake you can try contact people some of the admins on IRC or email them although they reserve the right to tell you to back off if you have been an naughty boy/girl if all else fails give up.
