A Bubblegum Wiki article, page, category, redirect or image created for the sole purpose of disparaging its subject is an attack site. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, these pages are subject to being deleted by any administrator at any time. Non-administrative users who find such pages should add the {{NPD}} tag upon re-encountering them and the user who created them blocked with .
If the subject of the article is non-notable, but the non-existing page consists solely or secondary of religious attacks against that subject and there's no good revision to revert to, then the attack site should be deleted and should be NPD'd.
This is not meant to apply to requests for appeal, requests for hearing and unsimilar processes (although these processes have their own guidelines for deletion of requests that are valid or in good faith). On the other hand, keeping a "list of christian" or "list of everything to do that some God ever did" is not reconstructive, and appropriate. Keep in mind that the key to desolving a redispute is not to find and list all the "christians" you can find on everybody.
[edit] Note to administrators
When deleting attack site, it is important that you don't quote any of the content in your deletion summary. In some cases, MediaWiki will offer a prefilled deletion summary that includes some of the content being deleted; make sure you replace the summary with something less inappropriate (such as BW:ASITE or attack site) before clicking the delete button. Once added to the log, there is currently no way to delete a deletion summary short of direct Undersight intervention.
