How can one go through THAT and NOT tear up at their baby's execution! D'XI actually like this filler with Garp, Ace, and Luffy hanging out with each other, it's cute and touching. It's actually though this filler flashback that we slowly understand why Garp wants them to be Marines. Not so much because he wants them to be strong Marines to be proud of, but because he doesn't want to face the prospect of catching and executing them like with Ace.Now that you mention it, I do end up crying when I think of Sanji saying goodbye to Zeff. Mostly in regards to Unlimited Adventure, since I haven't watched the actual Baratie arc in a while.Quick shot of Coby and Helmeppo before the moment we've all been watching for! Oh yeah, we forgot how the main character was for a moment!Oh wow, they used clips from opening 12 again! Except this time, they made sure to recolor Luffy's vest yellow!Say, where did Mr. 3 get that outfit?! I knew Buggy swiped his clothes from a Marine, but what about him? Eh, I guess the Newkamas had some spare clothes with them.Geez, everyone's slow to react to Luffy Except maybe Garp and Ace.Funny you should mention Law becoming a Warlord; the scanlation I read said something about Law there's a position to fill and I will fill it or something like that I think he was talking about either being one of the Four Emperors or Pirate King, but who really knows. | |
