Mornings like this one remind us that Summer is gone for another year and it is all right to expect winter and even snow any time.

Just another day at the office. Nothing out of the ordinary occurring. The big event of the day occurred when the day was nearly over. Mother came over and "minded" our baby while Jane & I took Walter & Helen to Ephrata to a ladies night meeting of the Eastern Farm Equipment Dealers Ass'n meeting. We everything on the table. The entertainment also was fine.
