Ventusamplus

Ventusamplus is the Angel of Wind. One of the eight Warrior Angels, Ventusamplus has been dead for several millennia; however, his seal and weapon remain, allowing for a possible resurrection or reincarnation.
History

Approximately 8 millennia ago, the Archangels were charged with creating new Guardians of the Gate, able to battle at full strength regardless of distance from the gates of Heaven. Four of the five archangels (the exception being Azrael) created their own Warrior Angels in accordance with their elemental inclination. Gabriel created Hydrodurus (Angel of Water), Michael created Pyrodeus (Angel of Fire), Raphael created Gisichros (Angel of Earth), and Uriel created Ventusamplus, the Angel of Wind. This would even the balance of power from a strong advantage for Hell to a level playing field. However, God desired the balance to be tipped in Heaven's favor. He created four additional Warrior Angels of his own volition: Cryodivus (Angel of Ice), Fulminerus (Angel of Lightning), Silexops (Angel of Stone), and Aurumagnus (Angel of Gold). Ventusamplus was killed by Scelumetus; he was cleft in two by Scelumetus' sword during the battle with the Sons of Plunder.

Weapons, Powers and Abilities
Ventusamplus has nearly limitless abilities of wind manipulation. He can create or stop gusts of wind at will, including tornados. He can also amplify or stop anything requiring air to travel, such as sound waves.
He is astonishingly fast; his speed was unrivaled during his lifetime and he is still one of the fastest entities, of not the fastest, in history. Ventusamplus is able to break the sound barrier easily with his speed, and is possibly capable of flying at speeds greater than the speed of light. His reflexes are as impressive as his actual speed; he is able to dodge bullet fire easily.
Ventusamplus is armed with dual forearm cuffs which fire throwing stars at will. He can bring the cuffs together to form a full body shield.
