This is a custom sticky for alternative stickies that are not already made. You must specify the colours used and the content of the box like so:
Use
{{Template:Sticky - Custom|A three character symbol|The content of the sticky|The colour of the main part of the sticky|The colour of the left part with the 3 characters.}}
For example, the following:
