NeoTokyo
After Ghost rejecting them on joining their gang, Sadako and her group of hackers framed Ghost for a crime he did not commit. Now the NeoTokyo police and Riot Officers are on his tail. Ghost attemps to capture Krayola on a moving train, and manages to defeat her and Milkbaby but he is easily knocked out by Sadako.
