Sarah Ann Hill was born January 17, 1874 in Pierce County, Wisconsin to Joshua Hill and Emiline Klink. She was married to William Penselin and lived in 764 1/2 Lincoln Street, Eugene. By the time of her death, she was widowed. She died in the Eugene Convalescent Home on December 22, 1951 and the informant of her death was H.L. Clark. She was placed in the H.K. Lounsbury funeral home in Eugene and buried on Laurel Hill Cemetery.
