Strong Mad makes a cameo in the cartoon. He is a character from Homestar Runner
The ending is a reference to Bonus Stage's sudden cop-out on it's fanbase, making an almost alike animation where everything gets deleted and weird spooky music plays at the end.
- Ruby even references to that in the cartoon, which triggers the referencial ending.
  - When Ruby states "Though everyone else has..." he is referring to how other webtoons on Porplemontage Studios have done their own take on the ending, such as ThunderCS and Random Toons, and especially Forum Stage.
Who's Line is it Anyway is a sketch show that grew popular on reruns in syndicated form.
