The Real Rubyrulez Episode #7
Ruby and Georgia decide to take a well deserved vacation...on Fantasy Island! Munchy and Rex decide to catch up to them on Con's Airline after being left behind.

{Cut to a shot of Georgia’s House. After the music ends, cut to Georgia’s Living Room. There are two suitcases on Georgia’s bed.}
GEORGIA: You ready to go, cutie?
RUBYRULEZ: You bet I am! Oh, this vacation is going to be excellent! Like, National Lampoons Christmas Vacation!
GEORGIA: Burn dust, eat my rubber!
RUBYRULEZ: You mean burn rubber, eat my dust…
GEORGIA: Whatever…
{Munchy pops on screen, almost like he teleported there.}
MUNCHY: I want to WRITE, I want to PAINT, I want to SCULPT something massive!
{As he says this, the words “WRITE, PAINT, & SCULPT?” Appear on the wall}
RUBYRULEZ: What are you doing here? Can’t you see we’re getting ready to go?
{Pause. The words Excited Face appear next to Munchy, with an arrow pointing toward him. After a while, the word A’ hem appears as well. Munchy’s eyes grow wide.}
MUNCHY: {Excited} Oooooh, where are we going?!
RUBYRULEZ: Georgia and I are going on a vacation, someplace…I dunno.
{A tear slides down Munchy’s face.}
MUNCHY: {Excited} Oooh, you have to take Rex and I. We’d love to go on a great vacation!
RUBYRULEZ: Sorry, Munch. This vacation is for only Georgia and I. We need a weekend to ourselves…for fun.
{Several money related words and symbols appear on screen.}
GEORGIA: …for profit…
MUNCHY: {upset} Y…you can’t leave us behind.
{Rex also magically teleports onto the screen.}
REX: What’s going on here?
{Cut to a shot of Rubyrulez, standing over Munchy and Rex, and drawn differently.}
RUBYRULEZ: Georgia and I are going on a vacation…
REX: It's not who you love. It's how.
{Pause}
{Cut to a shot of Rubyrulez wearing Luigi’s hat. After a while, his clothes change to match Luigi’s as well.}
RUBYRULEZ: Is today movie tagline day, or something?
{Rubyrulez reverts to normal}
REX: Where will you be?
{Cut to a shot of Rubyrulez and Georgia, drawn differently again.}
RUBYRULEZ: Gone, that’s for sure. C’mon Georgia!
GEORGIA: OK!
{Rubyrulez and Georgia mysteriously vanish off the screen as well. Cut to a shot of the Munchy and Rex, looking sad. Cut to a shot of the airport. After the music stops, cut to Munchy and Rex, standing on a runway.}
MUNCHY: I can’t believe they ditched us for Tropical Island.
REX: If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards.
MUNCHY: {Confused} Wha…? We have to catch up to those guys!
CON: {Off Screen} Perhaps I can be of some assistance!
{Cut to a shot of Con, the subtitle reads “Con has joined your party”, and an item found sound from Pokemon plays. Cut to a shot of Munchy, Rex and Con.}
CON: I will let you ride on my airline, Con Air, for the low, low price of $36,921 Round-Trip. It’s a great deal!
REX: Experience it. Enjoy it. Just don't fall for it.
MUNCHY: I’ll do it!
CON: Perfect! Get ready to fly!
{Blank Screen}
{Cut to a shot of Fantasy Island. After the music stops. Cut to Ruby and Georgia standing in a hotel. A small guy in a white suit is near him.}
RUBYRULEZ: I think we’re on the wrong Island. Where are we, Fantasy Island?
GEORGIA: {Frustrated} I know, seriously…
SMALL GUY: its da plane! Boss, its da plane!
{Pause}
RUBYRULEZ: Freak…
{Cut to a shot of Con’s plane in the sky. After a while, cut to a shot of Munchy and Rex sitting inside the plane.}
CON: {Off Screen} Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your captain speaking. I have the only gun on board. Welcome to Con Air.
MUNCHY: {Excited} This is so exciting, we’re actually going on a vacation like Ruby and his girl!
REX: The shortest distance between friends isn't always a straight line!
MUNCHY: {annoyed} Would you stop that already?!
{Cut to a shot of Con, holding onto a bunny. He holds a gun up to the bunny.}
CON: {angry} Both of you, shut up now, or the bunny gets it!
MUNCHY: {Upset} No…not Mr. Bunny!
REX: The journey is everything.
CON: {angry} Now you’ve got me pissed, you know what happens when you get me pissed?!
MUNCHY: What?
{Cut to a shot of the plane. After a while, it explodes. Cut to Ruby and Georgia, looking up at the sky, stunned.}
RUBYRULEZ: You know what this means?
GEORGIA: Yes, I…
{Cut to a screen that reads “ABRUPT ENDING!”}

- This is the first episode in which Con is shown full-body with his new design.
- Rex originally spoke through subtitles in this episode, the same way Munchy did in Takes Two to Know One.
- The 'Death to Midterms' comment before the episode started was a shot at the fact Ruby and Rex's VA (Luminafire) had to delay the episode for school, work and midterms, as the episode was pushed back into December.
[edit] Goofs
- I don't know if it was intentional, but at the 'Real Rubyrulez' logo before the actual episode plays, Georgia's head moves a bit when the text changes.
- In the first part of the episode where Ruby and Georgia are talking and Ruby has his eyes in an anime-esque 'U' shape, you can see part of Ruby's regular eye that hadn't been erased yet.

- This is the second time Munchy has fallen for a scam pulled off by Con, the first being Alternative Freaks.

- Con's airline, Con Air, is based off of the movie of the same name
- Con's Line "I have the only gun on board", as well as his threatening a bunny is also from that movie.
- At one point Ruby's outfit changes to that of Luigi's, the brother of Mario from the Super Mario Bros.
- The 'Fantasy Island' joke could be a reference to the TV show of the same name, where the Island is a resort that a character Mr. Roarke owns, and he grants impossible wishes to the visitors of the island, such as going back in time to meet William Shakespeare. The series also featured a midget assistant named Tattoo who runs up to the bell tower to ring the bell and shout "De plane!, De plane!"
- The Midget who says that actually appears in the cartoon and says the 'De plane' line.
- National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is a reference to the movie of the same name, where The Griswold family's plans for a big family Christmas predictably turn into a big disaster.
- The scene where it says 'Con has joined your party' is a reference to most, if not all RPGs.
- Also, the music in Pokemon that plays when you find something plays during that same scene.
- The 'abrupt ending' (even though it wasn't as abrupt as it should have been) might be a reference to some cartoons that end suddenly, like Aqua Teen Hunger Force and some webtoons that copy off of Adult Swim, like Bonus Stage.
- Rex only states Movie Taglines in this episode. Here is a list of the taglines used and the movie they're from.
