Neves was Cape Verde's prime minister when USGovSim's current reset began on January 1, 2007. He remained prime minister until 2011.

Gilberto de Landim

De Landim took over from Neves as prime minister in 2011. Given the timing of elections, it is likely that he remained prime minister until either 2016 or 2021.
