Basic Character Information

A few years after she left the Seventh Doctor the second time in the Virgin New Adventures novels
Physical Description
A striking woman with long brown hair, more often than not in a ponytail. Dresses in a one piece suit from the Spacefleet army, combat boots and sunglasses.
Personality
Fiercely independent, brash and loyal to her friends. Also enjoys a good drink.
History
Arrived on Iceworld, via an accident, she was in her room experimenting with the extraction of nitroglycerin from gelignite when a time storm swept her up and transported her there. An expert in explosives, though occasionally has trouble with the timing mechanisim of them.
On Iceworld, she met the Doctor and traveled with him for a time. Eventually she had enough of being manipulated by the Doctor she joined the Spacefleet, for three years before rejoining with the Doctor and Benny. Once more she leaves the Doctor to become Time's Vigilante and uses a short-range time hopper built into a motorcycle and patrols a small section of time based around a rift in France.
Upon arriving in San Fransisco she has placed herself in the anti-social group and quite often can be found polishing her bike, out drinking or rampaging over the fact that Chuck hasn't left her any tea again.
Recently she married Ted, the Slightly Lesser Black Guardian, three times. Once in the privacy of their own room, and the latter time in a larger, more traditional human wedding. Officiated by Chuck.
Their honeymoon was on a planet populated by a race of people who inspired the Mr Potato-Head range of toys.

- Only her friends call her Ace. Everyone else calls her McShane.
