Basic Character Information
Entry Point
Directly following Storm Warning; he dropped off Charley for her appointment in Singapore 1930 and agreed to pick her back up in 24 hours in her timeline.
Physical Description
Floppy curly brown hair, blue eyes and height on the short side of average. General costume is that of an Edwardian gentleman: dark green frock with deep pockets, silvery-grey waistcoat, white shirt, cravat, grey trousers and borrowed black shoes. He carries a pocketwatch with no hands.
T.A.R.D.I.S. Description
The interior of his Type 40 T.A.R.D.I.S. is cavernous. Shadowy book-lined shelves, collection drawers, old-fashioned armchairs, Tiffany lamps and worn Oriental rugs ring the central controls. The control panels themselves are pulled from some time-travelling steampunk dream: levers, dials, switches and spinning displays are encased in polished wood, supported by honeycombed iron beams. Carved stone pillars prop up the walls in the rabbit warren of rooms in the T.A.R.D.I.S., lit by flickering candlelight and gas streetlamps. Though the decor hints at artful decay and wasted aristocracy, the timeship is still a marvel of futuristic technology.
