Roc-a-Pic is a city located on the island of Tienstin, and part of the Tientsin Isle district. The city is crossed by the Boulevard Lafayette.

Roc-a-pic has been the first summer location for the French. During the XIXth, many villas has been built and some hostel, like L'Hotel Laperouse. During the WWII, Roc-à-Pic has been bombed, and just a few buildings remained. In the 60s, by the will of the French President, George Pompidou, Roc-à-Pic has been rebuilt around France Expo.

Althought the TIT (Tientsin Isle Transport) network is mainly centered on Fort Bayart. Some lines deserved Roc-a-Pic
