You fetch the rock you put away when you had to wrestle the eel out of you.
But then you feel the insistent nibbling of your tit fish. And you can see a steady traffic of other small fish darting in and out of you, bringing one egg out at a time. There's even one or two larger fish swimming precariously close to the rip in your belly button.
But the fish in your left tit seems to have eaten all of the breast meat and is getting very close to breaking through to swim inside your chest. If it does, you would be done for. What do you do?
