Focus on fishing out the smaller fish inside your belly

You can't stand the wriggling movements in your belly, and so you focus on the fish inside you. You thrust both hands back into your belly and try to catch the fish inside without pushing too many eggs out.
This proves to be an even harder task than getting the eel out, at least if you don't want to rip yourself completely open. As soon as you grab one fish and throw it away, another finds the unguarded hole and swims right back in. And each time you take your hand out to throw away the fish, more eggs well out.
Then you try another strategy of breaking the neck of the fish you do catch instead of wasting time throwing them away. But by this time, the fish are panicking and you have to work hard to catch them. While you're busy with both your arms buried deep in your belly, more and more fish use the other hole to sneak inside to eat some eggs.
After a short while you laugh at the ridiculousness of the situation. There's more fish in your belly now than when you started. The fish wins - let them stay if they want!
Problem is, you have wasted so much time that the fish in your breasts have now eaten themselves into your chest. You don't have long to live, and you realize your eggs are doomed.
While more fish finds their way inside you, you allow yourself to float to the cave floor. You realize it's time to let the fish finish their festive meal.
You sigh contentedly, lie down, and drift into an endless sleep.
