You're concerned about the holes in your belly - the smaller one made by the eel eating your clit, and the larger one made by you ripping open your belly button.
The small fish inside you can't eat very many eggs, and then they're harmlessly trapped. So you sit down in a corner of the cave and hold your legs together to close access to the lower hole, and you clasp your fingers together to close the upper hole.
This works. But only for a while. Problem is, you have wasted so much time that the fish in your breasts have now eaten themselves into your chest. You don't have long to live, and you realize your eggs are doomed.
While more fish finds their way inside you, you allow yourself to float to the cave floor. You realize it's time to let the fish finish their festive meal.
You sigh contentedly, lie down, and drift into an endless sleep.
