Rin is the eldest son of Monsos and Uraine. He inherited his father's unpredictability and carefree attitude towards life and his mother's knowledge. Rin is a trickster, a rogue, a lady's god, and a master of disguise. Rin invented the riddle contest (one of the few things anyone's ever done to make Zokthis clap his hands and squeal in joy), and like many mortal males he spent his youth attempting various daring feats which his compatriots dared him to perform. Rin quickly came into his own as a gambler without, and his inspiration is responsible for the majority of the drinking games in existence. To date, Rin has only ever lost a single bet. Nobody knows what that bet was, except for he and whoever he's lost it to, but he often brags that it's the only one he'll lose.
