Kiana

Kiana is twin to Subri, the dark side of that silver coin. She and her sister live in the lands of Dream, where they formed from the mists as the other gods slept. Kiana was born of the nightmares of the gods. After her formation, all the gods refused to sleep out of sheer terror until Rin made his pact with Subri and convinced Kiana to serve Hirzek as his consort and depart the land of dreams (Gulzek and Anata still refrain from sleep, as do all of their people). The only deity who did not know fear, Hirzek was delighted at the chance to become intimately aquainted with the combined fears of his fellows, and he and Kiana have spawned countless horrors in the depths of the Pale Mountain.

Dogma
Kiana's worshippers have two options: be afraid or attempt to become fear incarnate. Most of them end up doing both. They are wracked by horrendous nightmares, and all Kiana's clerics eventually vanish into the howling lands of Nightmare. If she has any agenda other than the propogation of terror she doesn't tell anyone about it, and her loyalty to Hirzek seems to be more because he feeds her than anything else. She has few temples except in the lands of Nightmare, and those are small and filled with madmen and twisted pieces of fiendish sculpture. In Nightmare, the seat of her power, the native horrors construct edifices of such monstrous enormity that the mere sight of them often startles sleepers awake with a panicked scream.
