Kayal

Kayal is the youngest living god, the result of a dalliance between Monsos and a powerful Efrit noble. Her tantrums were the cause of that noble's downfall, and the literal downfall of her entire city. Monsos rescued the child and brought her to the Mount of a Thousand Thunders, where she took up incinerating beautiful works of art. Ever the doting father, Monsos got bored of her after several months and gave her into the care of a powerful red dragon residing in the southern isles. She's established a cult, and her name has spread far and wide. Only the raiders of the Dakzan empire are willing to sail the southern isles these days, and only because they fear the death their superiors would give them if they disobeyed more than they fear death by fire.
None of the other gods know quite what to do with Kayal, but several of the evil deities have sent emissaries to persuade her to join their cause. So far these emissaries haven't gotten much in the way of results, and most clerics say the gods hope she'll become more reasonable once she grows up a bit. Kayal is currently six years old.
