Zalcy is a Glaceon. She has not appeared in anything yet, so not much is known about her yet. Prior to this article, all that was known was a single sprite. She lives in Mt. Coronet with her lackey, Juff. Her age is ambiguous, and could be anywhere between somewhat young to somewhat old. She is mean-spirited, and has the desire to rule someplace--anyplace, really, as long as she has power.

Personality
Zalcy is fairly miserable unless she is bossing others around or above others in some way. So far, that only includes Juff. She desires for power, whether she deserves it or not (and usually she does, given she's the descendant of a wizard). She generally dislikes everyone, but can get lonely when alone for a long time. She often comes up with longwinded plans to take over any random area she could attempt to take control of, but these plans usually fail. She claims to be a sorceress, but is often clumsy in such practices.
Appearance
Zalcy is a Glaceon with darker colored fur than normal, closer to a cobalt blue color. She is often seen with an angry glare on her face.
Abilities
Zalcy has the ability Snow Cloak, which allows her to raise evasion during a hailstorm. She has done some studying of magic, but is often somewhat clumsy in such things which causes more trouble for her than advantages. She also knows these Pokemon moves:

Juff

Juff is Zalcy's lackey; he helps her out with her bizarre schemes, even if he isn't the most competent lackey.
Trivia
- Zalcy was supposed to appear in a story by SY in the YB involving his Absol character, Abby, but this story was never done as the YB ended before it was voted for. On a side note, Zalcy's lackey had not been finalized at that point, and was a Dragonair then.
