IT IS TIME

Well basically it is. Anyone that appears in any story part released today will count as well. Anyone that has appeared in anything in this entire year is eligible.

Here's how this is gonna go down. Unlike last year, you are not allowed to nominate one of your own characters. However, if someone else nominates one of your characters, you can vote for them when we get to the voting.

Best Villain
Best Neutral
Best Male
Best Female
Best Robot or Otherwise Non-Gender
Best New
Best Minor
Best Army/Organization
Best Story
Best RP

Despite the massive list in the article, there are likely some characters not listed that are eligible. They just have to have appeared in something this year, so include what they have appeared in when nominating them.

Also, because of the small number of Army/Organizations, all listed will be nominated. If you can come up with anymore, it will be useful.
