Lanter is one of PMF's characters in the Yoki Yoki Islands RP. He is a Chinchou with green and orange replacing blue and yellow, respectively. (I think I made him in 2007 or something on TTD)
People say he's boring and needs a personality but those people are crazy.

Personal Information
Lanter looks like this plus a hat I guess, and has always been a fisher, despite practically being one himself. He's made friends with almost no one in the first two versions of the RP, but he seems to have a better chance this time.
His personality (, that Paper thought up during school in November,) is quiet-ish, with a relaxed disposition. He likes helping people a lot. He also has a short personality description. Wait, what?
Trivia of doom
- Lanter has been PMF's main (or at least, first) character in all three version of Yoki
- Originally, Lanter was a Lanturn, hence the name that now seems unoriginal
- Also, Lanter didn't start with a hat the first time. He bought it at a random shop in the Shopping District and carried a radio in it for some reason. Big hat.
- In the first Yoki, Lanter went on a daring mission to do something with the Regis with some other islanders. ... It didn't end up going very far after most of the excitement died down, but it was the first time he'd seen any action. Last time, too.
- PMF considers him a long-time resident, in reference to him being in all of the Yoki incarnations so far
- It is known that Lanter DOES NOT have a hot ass.
- Does Lanter even have an ass? Probably not. That would explain it.
- Lanter sometimes wonder what it would be like if a Machamp swept him off of his feet.
