A Dragonair character of Paper's that WOULD be in Yoki, but he hasn't gotten around to it yet. Characteristics are: constantly singing, pink with bows, ability to shoot beams of love, and scary OCD. • Giggles was planned to be a villain in the novel written by Paper for National Novel Writing Month, but the novel has yet to get to that point

• Giggles was named so after Paper did a character meme in his Livejournal

• This Dragonair was not pink, and it stole someone's wallet before flying away

• Her beams of love are actually BEAMS OF RAINBOW that turns anyone in its way into a ~*~fabulous~*~ person

• I know because it happened to Kyle, who loves buff dudes now
