FOEA, or Federation of Evil Acquaintances, is an evil group that was around during mid to late-2005. The Yoshi Bodyguards fought against them many times, and it was mostly made up of villains the YB had fought in the early months.

Known Members
Dark Top
- Main Article: Dark Top
Dark Top was, without a doubt, the leader. He's the one who gathered up the villains after leaving Darkcorp, and was the mastermind behind most of the plans.
Metal Top
The late member, Metal Top joined FOEA when they discovered him nearby their Neo Star base. He joined them, but was eventually their demise when it turned on them--as expected--and stole the Beanstar they had. After that, the villains kind of split apart.
Cackletta

Essentially the second-in-command, Cackletta helped FOEA with many of its largest plots and may have been the most powerful of all of them.
Fawful
- Main Article: Fawful
Fawful, Cackletta's greatest pupil, helped Cackletta with just about everything she did. He was the one who brought Cackletta and Gruntilda together before FOEA.
Gruntilda

Gruntilda "Grunty" Winkybunion was likely the most repugnant of the group. She was with Cackletta and Fawful before FOEA, and the 3 of them remaiend together as the Witchy Fury trio.
Sandbag
- Main Article: Sandbag
Sandbag, Dark Matter, Missingno. and King Boo joined based on their past history with the YB--they were working together, albeit somewhat loosely, in the first story arc of the YB. Sandbag was, strangely enough, the leader of that group, having gone evil from being batted so many times. After FOEA split, however, he became the receptionist for Master Hand's tournaments.
Dark Matter
Dark Matter is a strange being made of a strange substance and strange... strangeness. It had the ability to possess people, and seems to be able to take on multiple forms. FOEA was entirely aware there was someone sprung from Dark Matter that became a leader of COUE, they just thought it was Gooey because FOEA had probably dissolved by the time Mysterio came on the scene.
Missingno.
Missingno. is a glitch. Exactly if it is evil or just a tool is unknown, but all that is known is that it's... a glitch.
King Boo
King Boo was, in effect, the lowest-ranking main member of FOEA. However, he was crucial when most of the FOEA members were jailed, as thanks to King Boo's trickery, the members of FOEA were able to escape while the YB rescued Yoshi.
Bloo

Bloo was a very, very minor member of FOEA, having joined King Boo earlier but never being very important until he came up with the idea for King Boo to remain in the Animal World (Animal Crossing World), which FOEA had recently taken over, as a backup in case FOEA needed it while they took over The Mushroom Kingdom. Some time after FOEA disbanded, Bloo left King Boo, as he was never really loyal to him in the first place.
History
Before FOEA
Dark Top
Before starting FOEA, Dark Top was a part of Darkcorp. He actually began by splitting from Light Top from Top, and caused trouble for him for a while until finally meeting Dark Sneezier and joining Darkcorp. However, after a time, he grew sick of Dark Sneezier and left.
Metal Top
Metal Top appeared to the YB one day and simply began attacking them--its creation was unknown. Various groups appeared to have been its creator, but none of them were truly its true creator. It ended up getting destroyed once or twice, eventually creating a mass of clones after taking control of some base, then finally the original Metal Top became a massive ship while a surviving clone gained the power of the first Metal Top.
Cackletta, Fawful & Grunty
Cackletta, Fawful and Grunty met when Fawful accidently sent himself to Rareworld, where he met Grunty. Grunty helped bring Cackletta back, after which they took revenge on Mario, Luigi, Banjo and Kazooie. The YB foiled their plans, though, but they returned later on, Cackletta gaining a dark power and gaining a new body (as well as giving Grunty a new one).
Sandbag, Dark Matter, Missingno. & King Boo
In the very first story of the YB, King Boo was using a device known as the Bombsphere and had kidnapped Yoshi or something. He was, in fact, working for Sandbag (which was revealed later). After a time, the YB HQ began to experience glitches and they found themselves in the Minus World where they battled Missingno. They ended up glitching up to where they fell down a hole and came out in their sink. Then Topper was tricked into following Sandbag, who claimed to be a good guy, into going to a castle where Dark Matter was and getting possessed. The YB saved him and defeated Dark Matter and Sandbag, however.
Creation
With all the villains' previous plans having failed (it kind of went in opposite order of the sections), Dark Top united them together and began a new group he called the Federation of Evil Acquaintances. They then began working on various plans of evil, one of which involved creating a chemical that reverted kirbies back to a primitive state. Mostly, though, they were overshadowed by another group of villains, the Confederation of United Evil. They would soon use this to their advantage, however...
A Near-Successful Plan
Somehow, FOEA gained possession of Yoshi. Apparently, no one was paying attention to him. Knowing this would make them a prime target for the YB, Dark Top gave Yoshi to COUE has an anonymous present. With the YB now preoccupied completely with COUE, FOEA was able to kidnap Princess peach, and then they quickly left Star World to take over the easiest planet they could think of to take over: Animal World. It went swiftly, and they then enlisted the aid of a powerful artifact: the Shadow Gyroid.
FOEA contacted the Mushroom Kingdom and told them to surrender or their princess would be possessed by the Shadow Gyroid. So, what did the Mushroom Kingdom do? ...nothing. Their call went unheeded, and so Dark Top decided to do it early and the Shadow Gyroid possessed Peach. Somehow, this caused a shadow to cover the land and FOEA had gained control of the Mushroom Kingdom. They returned, with the exception of King Boo--at Bloo's suggestion, they stayed as backup just in case. Light Top finally decided to stop lying around and do something.
Some members of FOEA (Metal Top for sure) went to the Beanbean Kingdom to steal the Beanstar and take it over. However, the YB stopped them at Stardust Fields and were able to defeat them. They then marched on to the new FOEA castle where they finally defeated them all, and in the process Dark Top and Light Top merged once more. The rest of FOEA were jailed... except for King Boo! Hearing the news of what happened, he hurried back to Star World (freeing Animal World from FOEA's control) and began a new plan. He kidnapped Yoshi, causing the YB to go save him. The only boo with him, however, was Bloo--the rest of the boos snuck into the Yoshi Bodyguards HQ and freed the other members of FOEA. Although Yoshi was saved, the true intention of the plan succeeded.
The Dark Ages and Breakup
Another plan with vague details known involved getting Dark Top back. FOEA's second-in-command, Cackletta, began an attack on the Mushroom Kingdom after a period of inactivity. While they were attacking, they shot a vile of darkness into Top, allowing Dark Top to take over. Oshy, however, went on a journey that brought him to Atlantis, where he found a cure for the darkness. Little did he realize Atlantis would return later. And don't ask why there was a cure in a battleship for Shadow Creatures. Anyway, the cure was administered, but it caused Top to split again.
When the Dark Ages came, FOEA fled the planet, leaving a time bomb in the planet's core. It was eaten by one of the titans, however. FOEA took up residence in Gruntilda's old lair, and Dark Top located a powerful artifact known as the Dark Chaos Emerald. When some YB refugees stumbled upon them, Dark Top used the emerald to try and blast them away, but only succeeded in blasting the lair to pieces. FOEA once more fled, this time to a space station, but at this point Metal Top betrayed them and stole the Beanstar (which they... bought on... Ebay somehow), and with this last blow, FOEA disbanded.

- If Topmonhit recalls, Sneezier had Grunty appear in Darkcorp on at least one occasion, the occasion of which she was in her post-beautification form. This, like 80% of the old YB, is non-canon.
