It grew to dominate entire star systems and all major trade routes, and possessed a formidable private military. It was also known to host huge slave trading all over the galaxy and the richest company in history. It also know to gain profit from wars by sending in PMCs or provided weapons. Because it so huge and powerful, it can absorb any company, bribe any powerful authoritative figures, place puppet politicians in the Federation, and consume anything like the giant cosmic horror of an octopus, the Eater of Worlds. History

It all started when Dark Sneezier stole all of the money from the first National Bank of Dreamland. It drew the attention of Dark Top and both of agreed to form a company. It was born in the death of the local crimeboss, whose son was Chills Pacone, and the taking over of the boss' organization. It grew extremely quick when it took over mining worlds, near bankrupt companies, and allied with the criminal underworlds. This mega-corporation grabbed huge attention from many factions that some of them allied with them just to receive some of the grand wealth while others decided to oppose it. It became a major threat to the Galactic Federation when the trade routes reached the mid rim, brought some of their manufacturing companies, and providing superior technology and superweapons to their enemies. The Federation tried to stop them but Dark Sneezier bribe 90% of the government to stop the attack and let them do their business. The YB was the only faction to actually fight this corporation because most of the members can't be bribed and their clone army is bribe-proof. Eventually, it was fragmented when the YB attacked the HQ. More than half the companies and most of the grand wealth are taken by Sneezier. The others are mostly absorbed by the Koopa Kingdom and a few criminal organizations.
