Scorch managed to retreat to a refugee camp, built out of a wrecked Starcruiser. There, he fended off the demon's forces, and watched Subsourian fight the Titan. When Sub nearly killed himself stalling the god, Scorch ran to the field, and carried him back to the camp, where he was given medical care for the remainder of the Dark Ages.
