Our running team meets once a week to operate a training course that is called ball busters. This is a 7 mile span of 12 hills that escalation in difficulty. Each mountain features a different class and length. And at the top of every hill there's an appartment section ultimately causing the next hill.

On this one program I can run a variety of kinds of mountain routines. Onetime I'll pay attention to working the uphill parts hard. The next time I might run the flat and hills section hard. Or yet another week the whole course can be run by me as quickly as I can. There are therefore many methods to run this course that I shouldnt become uninterested in mountains.
