Bells are the main currency in Animal Crossing: Wild World. One of the aims of the game is to collect as many bells as possible.

- Selling items (fruit, furniture, etc.) at Nook's
- Shaking trees- many trees will hold bags of 100 bells
- Finding the money rock
- Gifts from other players over the WFC
- Growing Bell Trees
