Avitz AZA was found due to the merging of the two chapters [[Amitz AZA]] #2490 and [[Aviv AZA]] #2383 in an attempt to form a large, top tier chapter.

Avitz AZA #2383-2490 is a member of Aleph Tzadik Aleph located in Southern Region, Atlanta Council. It is considered by many to be the top chapter in the region and is known as one of the best in the entire order of AZA.
