Takahiro was, from a young age, groomed to be perfect. His parents were wealthy business owners, and he was intended to follow in their footsteps. To aid this goal, he was sent to an exclusive prep school (K-12) where he achieved fairly high scores (if not quite perfect).
Around eleventh grade, he discovered his power while playing around with darts. He all but ignored it, however, not seeing any use for it, and never told his parents. He did some later research on it and discovered hints of his destiny, although he disregarded those as well as the writings of madmen.
He chose a good college, much to his parent's joy, and did well there too. While he tried to ignore the other students, one caught his eye - Ryouta Nakamura. The other seemed determined to compete with Takahiro, and Takahiro decided to enjoy his new "rival". He constantly taunted Ryouta about the smallest things, watching as the other reacted in various interesting ways.
Eventually, however, graduation came. Takahiro did in fact take control of his father's company, CuttingEdge Software, and the games he designed quickly became famous. While he's noticed the fact that Ryouta has started a company of his own, he doesn't percieve any real reason to care, and in fact now ignores Ryouta entirely.

Takahiro is aloof for the most part, viewing most people and things as beneath him. He does enjoy manipulation, however, and is quite good at intimidating others while smiling all the while - which is one of the things that helped him build up his company. He's rather intelligent, if not a genius, and manages his company finances well (if in a slightly unethical fashion).
His fatal downfall is that selfsame arrogance - he doesn't recognize problems until it's too late. While he doesn't have any emotional vulnerabilites, his company has economic ones, and he fails to recognize those as well. He's the sort of man who would ignore a crack in the dam that was leaking water onto his head because he couldn't recognize the fact that he had built a faulty dam.

Takahiro is tall and thin, around 5'9", with tanned skin and dark grey hair. His shoulders are fairly broad, although not overly so, and his physique is toned. His eyes are also grey, and usually narrowed. He generally wears a burgandy jacket over a black vest, with a white cravat tied around his neck.
