Rayton is the resident psycho who occasionally changes personalities because his mun is bored his mun is a bad RPer he's crazy. He also tends to manipulate small children. It's quite worrying, really. Oh and he generally smiles a lot and tildes and uses those little Kirby things because he's crazy. Currently, er, taking care of Christina, the Gemini. Who is a small child, like the ones mentioned before.

Eyes: Light grey, almost white. Brown with contacts.

Rayton was born someone else, something else, but he doesn't remember. Most of his childhood is smoke and haze and filled with things he'd rather not remember. His powers manifested very early on in his life, but over the years he taught himself to control them, after a series of unfortunate events-- mostly for the people around him.
He was involved in gangs in his teenage years, dropped out of school before even that, did drugs, smoked, drank, and was orphaned around the age of fifteen.
These days he's just a man with too many faces, a chameleon that blends perfectly into a crowd when he wishes to. He likes to think he's 21, but to be honest he doesn't know. It's also unlikely that "Rayton" is really his name, but he supposes things like that don't matter. Most things don't.
He's an Angel of London, and he's got a destiny to fulfill.

Ability to change water/liquids into various acids and poisons. Requires him being able to either touch the water/liquid, or the thing that is containing it, provided said container is thin enough. His own spit also works.
He also has a mild sort of foresight that happens without warning, generally when he or someone near him is in harm's way. It only allows him up to 10 seconds in the future, and doesn't work when something is covering his eyes-- such as glasses or contacts, the latter of which he uses constantly.

corrupting, ah, taking care of. - Others haven't made any sort of strong impression for him to give a damn.
