Lir Stewart is the obligatory emo vampire character. Who has garlic breath. A-yup.
Now he's an Angel. He gained a few new powers and even more emo.

To be added at an indetermined time (i.e. probably never).
To sum it up: mother and rest of family abandoned him, villagers tried to kill him, and he accidentally killed his father. Hitchhiked to London, ended up in an orphanage, and dropped out of school. Works at the bar in a strip club (it was the only thing he could find at short notice and he lied about his age) and tends to view others' lusts on a similar level as his craving for blood.

[edit] Powers
Vampirism. Survives on human blood. A side effect causes the victim to experience horrific nightmares and occasionally die, proportional to the amount of blood he sucks. He also gets a piece of random information from his victim, the amount of which and how deep in the person's memory depends on how much blood he takes. If he attempts to go too long without blood, he will lose control of himself and attack mindlessly until he is sated.
He can only be killed by special powers or holy weapons if they go through his heart. Any other fatal wounds will put him in a deathlike state for a while. Once he recovers, he goes into his state of lost control and attacks the first few living things he meets until he regains control.
Wards against vampires, like garlic and holy symbols, cause him physical pain and suppresses his powers. Under their influence, he can be killed until he is released from their presence. For example, he could be killed in a place of worship and would remain dead until he was removed from the place or the place lost its holiness, like if it was knocked down, was changed into another building, or if people stopped believing that it was holy. However, he still attends church and nibbles garlic bread, as he feels that the pain is just punishment and he likes having his powers suppressed as much as possible. However, he can only take so much without fainting or worse, so he usually has to leave about halfway through any service.
When he took up his position as an Angel, he gained the ability to turn into a bat (of course). All his other vampire traits were intensified: he needs more blood, he's more likely to cause fatalities, and he is more injured by wards against vampires.
