Name: Kigai Yuuto 麒遊人
Alignment: Angel.
Abilities: Water manipulation and proficiency with bladed whips.
Family: Sister: Kigai Tomoe.

We know very little about Yuuto’s past aside from the fact that he has a younger sister named Tomoe of whom he is apparently very fond. While he likes to project the image of being a perfectly ordinary salaryman, his proficiency with weaponry such as bladed whips shows that his past must have been at least somewhat unusual for him to have acquired such skills. He is shown to be established in his job at the beginning of X, so presumably he has been in Tokyo for a while, although his phone call to his sister indicates he grew up outside the city.

Yuuto is very casual, friendly and popular with the ladies. His charm and easy manner make life smooth for him, and he’s used to ‘going with the flow’, just as water does. For this reason he makes no attempt to fight his destiny as an Angel, despite his evident kindness that counterpoints his amoral streak. He shows genuine concern and liking for several characters such as Satsuki and Karen in canon, despite fighting Karen without any restraint and also trying to explain to Satsuki why it’s wrong to kill people. His morality appears to be selective and narrow, but genuine when present.
