Fengshan restaurant is located within Beihai Park and specializes in imperial cooking. It has carried on and innovatec cuisine of the Royal family of the Qin Dynasty. It attaches importance to the traditional culture and excellent service and resumes of over 800 kinds of royal family dishes. It developed 10 series of royal banquet resumes including Man Han Banquet.
State leaders often entertain important guests in the restaurant, and it attracts many Chinese and foreign visitors and hosts over 100,000 guests anually.
Known employees include Tan Shi Rong (waitress) and Hong Ang Shun (chef).
