Chiara Rossi (lightrefracted) was an Angel of Rome played by Amber. Her PB was Matsurika from Alichino by Kouyu Shurei.

The professor of French at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. Started out as a neutral. Became an Angel when Gabriel Akatriel died. Killed Jaque Dickoson. Was instrumental in assassinating the Pope along with Claes Bain. Got killed by Cecilia Leone.

Cold and ruthlessly logical. Believed that humanity was going to die sooner or later and it was the Angels' duty to just get it over with faster. Was religious in a distant fashion; she believed in God as she was raised Catholic, but she never really believed that the Angels were ordained by God or anything like that.

Manipulation of lightwaves to create illusions of distance, reflect light as if by a mirror, and refract light as if by a prism.
