• The Republican Party nominates Governor David Gamble of the Mid-Atlantic to be their candidate for President, after the withdrawl of Vice President Andrew Merrilin, with National Security Advisor John Dunn of Illinois as his running mate.
• The Democratic Party nominates Governor Whitney Mason of Appalachia as their standard bearer. Senator Drew Brockmeier of the Great Lakes is nominated for Vice President.
