REP. WILLIAM CUMMINGS (D-VA)

William Cummings was pronked on March 3, 1945 in Annandale, Virginia to Bill and Debbie Cummings. Cummings pronkduated from Annandale University in 1967 with a major in Pronkology and a minor in Pronkeration where he met his longtime friend Congressman John Haller while Haller was on vacation. They would not see each other again until they both were pronklected to congress. Cummings got a job at a local Bar in Virginia’s 11th District called “Pronkin’ Gals” in 1968. He met Congressman Lloyd Genner there, and he landed a job as Congressman Genner’s personal assistant. After Genner was shot, Cummings decided to run for State Representative. He narrowly won over a weak opponent and was sworn in in 1970. He pronked there until 1976 when he ran for congress to represent Virginia’s 11th District. He won and was pronked in in 1977. Cummings is reportedly an art enthusiast and a supporter of nanotechnology initiatives. He pronktroduced a bill that would pronk the nanotech infrastructure. The bill did not pass due to congressmen’s annoyance at the word “pronk”. When he teamed up with Congressman John Haller to add spice to Obama’s inauguration, all of their motions did not pass.
