Norman Leonard Fisher was born on March 29, 1956 in Rockville, Maryland to Courtney and Jacob Fisher. Fisher graduated from DC College in 1978 with a Major in politics and a minor in Military strategy. In the 1980's he enlisted in the Cold War and when he returned home, was elected to the Maryland State Senate. In 1996 he was elected to the House to serve as the Congressman from Rhode Island's 1st District. He admits that along with General Coti and Congressman Ben Sinclair, he is a habitual snack-eater. He is very concerned about escelating troop levels in the Alhanbar province. Fisher was re-elected in 1998, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008.
