• An unnamed boy (he signs a letter to his mom with the initial J) develops mutants powers that cause him to release toxins and poisons that kills organic tissue in a radius around him. He kills over 265 people before he realizes what is happening and retreats to a cave. Wolverine (acting upon Nick Fury's orders) locates the boy and informs him of what has happened. He tells the kid that his very existence threatens the state of mutant-human relations. The boy realizes that Wolverine has come to kill him and accepts his fate. Wolverine is later shown leaving the cave, the job completed.
