- It is stated by Wolverine’s assailants while running a background check that Ben Parker died “a few months ago”.

- It is confirmed that Wolverine and the Black Widow have had romantic involvement for 5-7 days.

- An issue of Newsweek with the X-men on the cover is shown in Black Widow’s apartment. The date on the magazine is February 2002. Members shown in this phot are Xavier, Jean Grey, Iceman, Beast (with blue skin and fur), Colossus, Wolverine, and Cyclops. Wolverine is wearing a formal suit. It can be assumed that this photo was taken in Ultimate X-Men # during the World Tour storyline.

- Spider-man describes Black Widow as “maybe the hottest girl I have ever seen in my life”.
