• Cyclops takes down Wolverine with an optic blast in retaliation for the actions against him in the Savage Land. He then disbars Wolverine from the X-Men.

• Jean Grey believes she is in control of the Phoenix Force after saving Florida from the reactor meltdown.

• The X-Men turn themselves in to the government.

• The X-Men are cleared of all charges of being in league with Magneto.

• Xavier’s school is incorporated into the Federal budget and the X-Men are brought under S.H.I.E.L.D. jurisdiction.

• Xavier’s school is opened to the public and a open-house is held which the Ultimates attend as well as the students’ parents.

• Rogue is enrolled in Xavier’s school after Xavier convinces S.H.I.E.L.D. to release her.

Notes:

- 3 months pass between the time that the X-Men are cleared and that the school is opened to the public.

- Betsy Braddock is revealed to be alive and her consciousness exists in a new body of a coma victim. She has been reemployed by the British arm of S.H.I.E.L.D.

- It is mentioned that Jean Grey and Ororo are both over eighteen while Anthony Stark is hitting on them.

- It is confirmed that Hank and Ororo are dating again. He introduces her to his parents as his girlfriend.

- Hank’s parents have received a considerable amount of money over a book advance about raising a mutant.
