• Gambit attempts to track down the little girl that was kidnapped from him. He is directed to Hammerhead, who works for a man named Silvermane.

• Gambit is approached by Xavier and Storm who offer him a home at the school.

• Gambit storms Allan Silvermane Enterprises in a search for Hammerhead. He encounters Hammerhead and his goons in the industrial complex nearby. Gambit kills Hammerhead and rescues the little girl. He then disappears after leaving her with some friends.

Notes:

- Hammerhead states that the reason he did not kill Gambit in when kidnapping the girl was because Silvermane owed a favor to Nathaniel Essex (Mr. Sinister).
