• Colonel Wraith is informed that the Weapon X program will be discontinued before Winter 2003. He uses Xavier to kill General Ross.

• Sabretooth takes Wolverine to the Netherlands and burns his file in front of him, eliminating the records of his past.

• Wolverine is revealed to have a tracking device embedded in his large intestine which draws the Brotherhood of Mutants (Scarlet Witch, Blob, Quicksilver, Toad, and Mastermind) to the Weapon X facility. Scarlet Witch removes the neural implants from the heads of the X-Men.

Notes:

- A flash back is shown from 11 years ago. It shows Wolverine being used in the Desert Storm conflict in Kuwait. He is being transported in an adamantium cage on a military vehicle which is attacked by enemy forces and shelled with artillery. Wolverine kills the Iraqi soldiers and then sniffs out the the driver of the vehicle who is shown to be Nick Fury. Wolverine carries Fury back to the Weapon X agents and is recaptured. It is suggested that this incident is where Fury lost his eye.

- It is stated by Jean Grey that the X-Men have been in the Weapon X facility in Finland for 6 weeks.

- Colonel Wraith makes a reference to Spider-Man’s existence.
