• In India, the other Weapon X team locate the illegal genetic mutation and destroy it. Jean Grey is forced to kill Doctor Atul Pandya (the project leader) in return for Colonel Wraith not killing Cyclops.

• Wolverine is captured by Weapon X and taken into custody.
